Terms & Conditions for Pre-Order Products
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing a pre-order with us. By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Pre-order Overview
- A pre-order allows you to reserve a product in advance before it becomes available for general purchase.
- Pre-order products are clearly marked on our website.
2. Payment Terms
- To confirm your pre-order, you must pay a Pre-Order amount of ₹5000 at the time of placing the order.
- The remaining balance to be made with 24hrs after product is made available, before shipping/delivery is arranged.
- Orders without full payment before dispatch will not be shipped.
3. Product Availability & Shipping
- The estimated availability date will be mentioned on the product page. However, this is subject to change due to manufacturing, supplier, or shipping delays.
- We will notify you via email/SMS/call once the product is ready for final payment and shipment.
- Shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of final payment.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- The ₹5000 advance payment is refundable in case you cancel your pre-order.
- If we are unable to deliver the product due to stock unavailability or any unforeseen issue, your advance amount will be fully refunded.
- Once the final payment is made, our standard return/refund policy applies.
5. Price & Changes
- In rare cases, if there are significant changes in product specifications from the manufacturer, we will inform you and provide the option to cancel with a full refund of your advance.
6. Customer Responsibility
- It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details (email, phone, address) are accurate at the time of placing the pre-order.
- Failure to complete the final payment within 7 days of notification may result in cancellation of your order and forfeiture of the advance.
7. Liability
- We shall not be held liable for delays beyond our control, including but not limited to manufacturing, shipping, or supply chain disruptions.
